I had the worst experience with AAA Auto transport. The agent, John, told me that they would be picking up my vehicle at door but he just found a driver and threw everything back to me. The driver said he couldn't allow to drive the big p/u truck to the city and I need to pay another $50 for him to rent a small p/u truck to p/u my car. The agent, John, was very rude also. When I knew that they couldn't p/u my car at door, I requested refund but he just hung up on me. The driver, Sesar, on the other hand, was very helpful. He was an independent contractor and tried every effort to help. I will skip the Agent, John, and will just call the driver,Sesar, at 516-885-9391 for transporting my car back to CA next time.
